About the Role

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll work alongside our senior leadership team, directly supporting our Vice President of Operations. In this role, you’ll: 

  • Organize and proactively deconflict the executive’s schedule
  • Prepare daily briefings summarizing organizational updates
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items
  • Arrange domestic and international travel
  • Communicate internally and externally on behalf of the executive
  • Anticipate needs proactively and work autonomously to get ahead of them
  • Contribute insights and ideas that improve business process or culture

This role relies heavily on the ability to be highly organized and responsive, with the willingness to meet each challenge directly. 

What You Need

  • 3+ years of experience supporting one or more senior executives
  • High proficiency using Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and Slack
  • Excellent time-management, communication and organizational skills
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style
  • Strong business judgment, with the ability to meet deadlines, balance multiple requests, and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to quickly build rapport with internal and external partners
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to recognize opportunities and develop ways of addressing them
  • Optimistic, reliable and flexible attitude
  • Reliable high-speed internet

Nice to Have

  • Experience working for a high-growth post-series A or B startup
  • Experience supporting sales and business teams
  • Project management and/or data analyst experience

Location and Compensation

This fully remote position will pay $8.00 to $11.00 per hour and will include medical reimbursements, paid time off, and holiday leave.
